Terms of Use

Wheel Offset & Fitment Calculator

Effective date: October 12, 2026

1. Provider and applicable license

Wheel Offset & Fitment Calculator is provided under the Set In Stone brand by the app provider identified on its App Store listing. Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected] with “Wheel Fitment” in the subject.

Use and purchases are governed by the applicable App Store agreement and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These app-specific terms explain the calculator, purchases, storage, and support; they supplement the Apple license and do not override mandatory consumer rights or Apple’s applicable purchase rules.

2. Calculator estimates and vehicle safety

The app compares nominal wheel and tire dimensions entered by you. It estimates offset-related inward and outward position changes, tire diameter and circumference, sidewall geometry, ride-height change, and speedometer differences. The diagram illustrates those inputs and calculations.

Results are estimates, not a guarantee that a wheel or tire fits a vehicle. Actual tire dimensions, suspension movement, steering clearance, brakes, bodywork, load, wear, and measurement methods can affect fit. Relative clearance changes do not measure the clearance available on your vehicle. Speed results assume calibration to the current tire’s nominal diameter and do not measure live road speed.

You are responsible for accurate inputs and for confirming physical fit, manufacturer specifications, wheel and tire compatibility, and applicable roadworthiness requirements with a qualified professional before installation or driving. Do not operate the app while driving or rely on its output as a safety certification.

3. Lifetime purchase and restoration

After onboarding, access to the calculator and its saved tools requires the lifetime purchase. It is a single non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple, with no recurring subscription charge. The current price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown by StoreKit before you confirm the purchase.

Use Restore beside the paywall’s Terms and Privacy links to ask Apple to restore an eligible purchase associated with the Apple Account used to buy it. Verified transaction status, including refunds or revocation, determines entitlement. StoreKit requests may require an internet connection.

Lifetime describes a non-expiring purchase entitlement to this app, subject to transaction status and continued app availability and compatibility. It does not promise continuous maintenance or every future separate product. Apple administers payment methods, billing, and refund requests; deleting the app does not request a refund. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Your records and device backups

You retain your rights to the setup names, dimensions, and other records you enter. Saved setups and history are kept locally, without a developer-operated recovery service or CloudKit synchronization. Maintain suitable device backups if you want to retain these records.

Deleting records, clearing app storage, or removing the app can remove local data. Restoring a purchase restores eligible paid access; it does not reconstruct a lost fitment database. Backups are controlled through Apple’s device and backup services.

5. Availability, acceptable use and consumer rights

Use the app lawfully and in accordance with Apple’s license. Do not interfere with its security or misrepresent calculator estimates as a vehicle-fit approval. You remain responsible for your inputs and installation decisions.

The app may be updated to address compatibility, defects, or other changes. Availability depends on supported Apple devices and services. Apple’s Standard EULA addresses the license, warranties, liability, and termination, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy, support and updates

The app’s Privacy Policy explains local records, StoreKit purchases, website visits, and support correspondence. For help with calculations, restoration, accessibility, or a suspected error, use the Support page or email [email protected].

These terms are effective October 12, 2026. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date and additional notice where required. They do not authorize an undisclosed change to purchase terms.
