Terms of Use
Camber Gauge
Effective date: October 6, 2026
1. Provider and applicable terms
Camber Gauge is provided under the Set In Stone brand by the app provider identified on the App Store listing. Contact [email protected] with “Camber Gauge” in the subject. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license; these additional terms describe the app’s features and purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Measurement utility and its limits
Camber Gauge calculates wheel-camber estimates from device motion sensors, supports zeroing and stable-reading detection, and lets you compare measurements with targets you enter. Phone placement, reference calibration, device capabilities, wheel contact, surface conditions, and movement affect the results. The app does not guarantee a specified measurement accuracy or certify a vehicle’s alignment or roadworthiness.
The app is an aid for recording measurements, not a replacement for appropriate workshop equipment, inspection, or qualified alignment advice. Measure only while the vehicle is stationary and safe to approach. Do not use the app while driving, work beneath an unsupported vehicle, or rely on a single reading to make a safety-critical decision. Verify consequential adjustments independently.
3. Your vehicle information
You retain rights in the vehicle names, target settings, and measurement records you create. You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining suitable device backups. Targets are user-provided reference values, not specifications or recommendations supplied by Camber Gauge.
Measurements are stored locally. Deleting records or resetting app data can permanently remove them. Restore Purchases restores eligible paid access, not a lost vehicle database. We do not guarantee recovery of local-only records.
4. Weekly subscription and lifetime access
Camber Gauge Pro offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription and a one-time, non-consumable lifetime unlock. The App Store purchase confirmation shows the price, currency, billing period, and applicable purchase conditions before you confirm. Storefront prices may differ. There is no promise of a trial unless Apple’s purchase confirmation expressly offers one.
The weekly subscription charges your Apple Account upon confirmation and renews automatically each week unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and leaves access until the paid period expires. Deleting the app or resetting local data does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime is billed once and does not renew. Buying lifetime while a weekly subscription is active does not automatically cancel the subscription; cancel it separately if you no longer want renewal charges. Lifetime provides the purchased app entitlement and is not a guarantee of indefinite hardware compatibility or perpetual operation of third-party services.
5. Restore, refunds, and access changes
Use Restore Purchases in Settings or on the paywall to verify an eligible lifetime purchase or active subscription associated with the Apple Account used for purchase. RevenueCat and Apple verify access. Pending, expired, refunded, or revoked purchases may not grant access; applicable verified billing grace periods are handled by the purchase services.
Apple manages payments, cancellations, and App Store refund requests. Use Apple’s billing and refund support. Set In Stone cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription or issue an App Store refund. Nothing here excludes refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.
6. Availability and responsibility
The app depends on compatible device sensors, operating-system functionality, and purchase services. Availability, sensor interruptions, software defects, and third-party outages may affect operation. We will not describe the app as error-free or suitable for every device or use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular measurement task. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, nor require you to waive accrued rights.
7. Privacy and changes
Information processing is described in the Camber Gauge Privacy Policy at https://setinst.one/apps/camber-gauge/privacy. Apple, RevenueCat, and linked services operate under their own applicable terms and notices.
These terms are effective October 6, 2026. Material changes will be published with a revised date and additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or change a completed purchase contrary to law. Contact [email protected] for support or questions.
